1. Do youR services include making airLINE reservations? 

No, The Tuscan Travelista does not sell airfare.  However, we can make recommendations for flights suitable to your destination.  

2. Do you charge a planning fee?

As travel planning requires much time and research, I charge a non-refundable $250 (USD) plan to go fee.  This fee will be used towards your full itinerary (hotel, transfers, tours) for vacations of 7 days or more.  For vacations less than 7 days, or for tours only, a $100 non-refundable plan to go fee will be charged. 

If you choose to book your vacation with another agency, or not use my services at all, the plan to go fee will be retained by The Tuscan Travelista as payment for services rendered. 

3. What if I already have my hotel and airfare booked?

The Tuscan Travelista can provide ideas for the best authentic tours, and book these experiences for you.

4. Should I book travel insurance?

Yes, we highly suggest purchasing travel insurance for you and your group should you need to cancel due to family, work, or medical emergencies.  We can make recommendations for travel insurance agencies.

5. What type of accommodations do you provide? 

We provide villas, hotels, and bed & breakfasts and apartments suited to your budget.
